Herkimer County Community College Swimmer Sylvia Ross Named to the 2nd Team All-Region

Sylvia Ross, majoring in Business: Accounting from Holland Patent was named 2nd Team All-Region in 1 meter and 3 meter diving. Ross also holds the school record in 1 & 3 meter diving for both 6 & 11 dives. She also set three new Mountain Valley Conference records in the 1 meter (6 dives), 1 meter (11 dives) and 3 meter (11 dives).

Ross is headed to the NJCAA Swimming & Diving Championships at Indian River State College in Ft. Pierce, Florida March 7-10.
