Sarah A. Handy of Edinburg is a candidate for the AS in Liberal Arts & Sciences: Childhood Education (with honors) from Herkimer County Community College. Handy is one of 727 candidates eligible to participate in the College's 44th annual commencement ceremony on Friday, May 18.
