Coach PJ Anadio said, "While not surprised by the quality of the athletes chosen for the all-conference team, to put in perspective for Herkimer College to take seven of the nine first-team spots is amazing! It's a testament to their hard work, dedication and commitment to their strength training, nutrition, softball skills and to the game. Every one of these young women deserve everything they have coming to them. I couldn't be more proud as their coach for not only the players they have become, but also the students, leaders and human beings they've become."
