Tonya Jasmine Jicha of Cherry Valley is a candidate for the Certificate in Medical Coding/Transcriptionist from Herkimer County Community College. Jicha is one of 727 candidates eligible to participate in the College's 44th annual commencement ceremony on Friday, May 18.
