Tracy L. Simpson of Newport is a candidate for the AA in Liberal Arts & Sciences: Social Science (with honors) from Herkimer County Community College. Simpson is one of 727 candidates eligible to participate in the College's 44th annual commencement ceremony on Friday, May 18.
